Again, Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu has put smiles on the faces of his ward coordinators by distributing 64 Abzat motorcycles, popularly known as “Roba Roba.”

The empowerment also included 7 vehicles distributed to support groups canvassing for Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, who is seeking election as governor in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.

The empowerment programme took place on Sunday at the Keffi Polo Ranch in Keffi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.

Speaking at the event, the Director-General of the Senator Wadada Campaign Council, Hon. Bello Ramalan, who represented the distinguished senator, stated that in any political movement by a politician seeking elective office, it is pertinent to establish a coordinating team.

“This is what Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu did long before now, by establishing his field workers who worked hard to ensure his succession.

“It is on this note that today, the senator and incoming governor deems it fit to empower you, but don’t allow anyone to disabuse your mind into thinking this is all you can get from your efforts,” he said.

Senator Wadada emphasized that their past efforts are not all, and that he will continue to maintain the coordinators as he guns for the governorship position in the state.

He urged them to remain focused and resolute in their work, noting that what lies ahead is far beyond what was done in the past. He also advised them against selling what was given to them, as it was meant for the progress of all.

Contributing, the Deputy Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Mohammed Adamu Oyanki, commended Senator Wadada for his forthrightness and for sustaining democracy through his consistent gestures to all.

He called on the beneficiaries to redouble their efforts in mobilization and strategy that will lead to the victory of all APC candidates in 2027. In a show of solidarity, he donated the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000).

Corroborating, the APC Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government Area, Alhaji Dahiru Loko, while reeling out the performances of Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, stated that his three years in the Senate speak volumes in the areas of education, healthcare facilities, road construction and various empowerment programmes that have impacted thousands of lives from Nasarawa West and across the state.

“This is why we are calling on all well-meaning citizens of this state to queue behind Senator Wadada and vote for him in 2027 to become the successor of Engineer Abdullahi Sule, the incumbent governor of Nasarawa State.

“So we don’t have reasons to reject Senator Wadada. It is unthinkable for anyone, especially people of Nasarawa West Senatorial District, to speak ill of Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu. Therefore, I am appealing to you not to be distracted by any politician who was not known in the past until now,” Dahiru added.
