A former member of House of Representatives, representing Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency from 2011 to 2015, Dr. Joseph Kigbu has formed a campaign group to mobilize Nasarawa State indigenes in support of President Bola Tinubu reelection in 2027.
Parts of the campaign strategies is the formation of Social Media platform for easy coordination and mobilization from grassroots by Hon. Bishop Matthew and Mr. Augustine Terzungwe, Chairman and Secretary respectively.
Introducing aimed and objectives of the campaign platform named “Nasarawa State Indigenous Support Group for Bola Ahmed Tinubu 2027″, they said the campaign is a testament to the unwavering commitment of the people of Nasarawa State to the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“This group is not just a platform; it is a movement that embodies the collective aspiration of the indigenous people of Nasarawa State to stand united in support of a leader who has demonstrated exceptional vision and leadership at the federal level.
They noted that the President Tinubu’s achievements since assuming office have been nothing short of remarkable.
“From his bold economic reforms to his unwavering commitment to security and infrastructure development, he has shown a clear vision for a prosperous and secure Nigeria. His leadership style, characterized by decisiveness and a focus on progress, resonates deeply with the people of Nasarawa State.
“We also wish to express our deepest gratitude to President Tinubu for recognizing the talent and dedication of the indigenous people of Nasarawa State through recent appointments to key positions. These appointments are a testament to the president’s commitment to inclusivity and meritocracy, and we are grateful for the trust and confidence he has placed in our people.
According to them, the mission of the support group is multifaceted. “Firstly, we aim to rally support for President Tinubu’s re-election in 2027, showcasing the impact of his policies on the lives of Nigerians, particularly the people of Nasarawa State. Secondly, we seek to highlight the numerical strength and unity of the indigenous people of Nasarawa State. For too long, the contributions and potential of our people have been overlooked, but we are here to change that narrative.

We are coming together to support a leader who believes in the potential of every Nigerian and is working tirelessly to unlock that potential.
