“•••• says Gov. Sule’s infrastructural development will tackle unemployment, boost IGR

The Nasarawa State House of Assembly Committee on Works, has Thursday inspected 59KM Nunku/ Agyaga/Lele/ Rinze road in Akwanga Local Government Area of the state.
The committee also inspected link Mada Station road to Kwandere/Kokona/ Keffi road.
Hon Suleiman Yakubu Azara, the Chairman of the Committee and Majority Leader of the House said that the construction of the roads will boost the socio-economic activities of the people of the State
” And will also improve on their standard of living, revenue base of the state and generate employment,” he said
He said that the inspection of the projects was part of the House constitutional responsibilities in ensuring that the right things are done by contractors.
” We have decided to visit and inspect projects sites in order to assess the level of work done by contractors with the view of correcting any abnormality, if discovered
” We want to ensure that quality works are done by contractors for the overall development of the state,” he said

Hon Azara appreciated Gov. Abdullahi Sule for constructing the roads among other projects across the state.
The committee chairman said that they would leave no stone unturned to ensure that contractors adhere strictly to their projects specifications.
He commended contractors for good job and urged them to sustain the tempo.
On their parts, the contractors handling various projects commended the state government for awarding the contracts.
They also appreciated the committee for ensuring that the right was done.
The contractors also assured of delivery quality jobs.
