Karl Kumm University Matriculates Pioneer Students

It was a dream come through in the life of management and members of the Church of Christ in Nations COCIN, Management, Staff and Board members of Karl Kumm University Vom of Jos South local government area of Plateau State as the Institution matriculated her first set of Students on Tuesday.

The matriculation which was held at the institution permanent site, was attended by dignitaries from within and outside COCIN, including parents of the pioneer students among whom some are Muslims.

The University which had since started lectures, according to the vice Chancellor, it took of with 14 cutting edge programmes structured into 8 Departments and domiciled in 2 Faculties of Arts, Management and Social Sciences, and Science and Computing respectively.

“Today marks a celebration of God’s faithfulness as the University is by the grace of God matriculating it’s pioneer set of Students, thereby marking the end of admission for the 2023/2024 academic session”. The Vice Chancellor noted.

While assuring parents and the students of the University commitment to making the environment conducive for them to realize their life aspiration, the Vice Chancellor urged the students to pursue their studies with unwavering faith, resilience and determination to conquer any obstacle on their part to greatness and excellence.

Chairman Karl Kumm University Board of Trustee, Prof. Suleiman Bogoro, in a remark, acknowledged the contributions of those who are part of the history of establishing the University, assuring them that history will remember them and God will reward them kindly.

A total number of 61 Students from the two pioneer Faculties were matriculated today including 2 Muslims whom parents were on ground to witness the ceremony.
