The Bauchi State Police Command has fostered collaboration with partners, stakeholders and residents of Bauchi State towards ensuring a crime free society by celebrating its Customer Service Week.
Speaking during the official celebration of the Customer Service Week at the Police Headquarters Bauchi, the State Commissioner of Police, CP Sani-Omolori Aliyu reaffirmed the commitment of the police in the state to deliver exceptional service through accountability, professionalism an respect for the human rights of citizens.
He stated that as a dedicated institution, the police recognize that public trust is vital for effective policing, adding that this has encouraged the police to prioritize public feedback in ongoing efforts to enhance it’s services.
“We believe that policing is a shared responsibility that requires active participation from all members of the community. The strength of our police force is directly linked to the support we receive from society, just as the community relies on us for safety and security. By fostering open communication, engaging meaningfully with the public, and prioritizing accountability, we can work together to build a safer and more resilient community for everyone”

“Over the years, our Command has actively strengthened partnerships with various stakeholders and implemented community-oriented policing strategies to effectively address the evolving security needs of residents throughout the State” he said
Some of the stakeholders who spoke during the launching of the Customer service week, commended the efforts of the police partnering with stakeholders in the state, which they noted has given them a sense of belonging .
