The Nigeria Medical Laboratory Science Students Association Plateau State University Chapter have conferred an award of academic excellence on Member representing Langtang North Central State Constituency in the Plateau State House of Assembly.
Hon. Listick who is the Chairman House of Assembly Standing Committee on Health, received the award on Thursday at the School in Bokkos.
The award serves as a testimony of the legislator’s contribution to human capital development cutting across vaccine production, public health logistics, medical laboratory management, clinical governance and policy development.
Receiving the award, Daniel Nanbol appreciated the Association for finding him worthy of such recognition and promised to uphold the confidence reposed on him.
The member also used the avenue to appeal on government and Non-governmental partners to ensure a more robust educational system that accommodates recent medical practices.
Daniel Nanbol took a tour of the laboratory department alongside the Head of Department of the unit where he identified the need for an upward trajectory, embracing and incorporating digitization.
