The Minister of Youth Development, Hon. Ayodele Olawande has praised the private sector partnership in the empowerment of Nigerian youths to drive economic growths in transformation of key sectors through innovative solutions.
Hon. Olawanle made this known when HRH. Queen Mother Amb. Amina Temitope Labinjo Ajayi, known as Mama Diaspora, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon valley Nigeria Energy Development, (SV-NED) Inc USA, paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Abuja, to outlined the initiative’s key objectives.
The youth minister said , the initiative of the SV-NED/NYSC has encapsulate the major themes of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda, energy sector, agriculture, housing and youth empowerment.
“This collaboration aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, focusing on key sectors like agriculture, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), affordable housing, and Youth empowerment, economic growth, Job creation, increased productivity, and investments in agriculture, CNG, and housing”.

Speaking during the visit, Amb. Temitope Labanjo Ajayi said the infrastructural development in the area of affordable housing for all, establishing CNG gas stations, conversion centers, is to enhance living standards of Nigerians.
“The partnership directly supports the Housing for All initiative, a core part of Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, with a focus on Federal Mortgage Housing Loans: Offering low-interest, long-term mortgage options to make homeownership easier” She said.
According to her the affordable housing projects will be: financed through the Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank to expand housing accessibility, to implement these goals, SV-NED/NYSC plans to Work with government agencies, private organizations, and global partners for funding and expertise to deliver 50,000 housing units nationwide under the Renewed Hope Cities and Estates Programme.
Recently the SV-NED/NYSC collaborations where in the Estu Nupe, RH Alh. Dr. Yahaya Abubakar, CFR, Etsu Nupe, and Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers welcomed the project and allocated 360,000 hectares of land, which will support high-tech agriculture, affordable housing, skill acquisition programs, and mineral exploration.
