
The National body of the Ngas Development Association (NDA) has congratulated her sons that emerged Governorship Candidates of their respective political parties at the just concluded parties primary elections in the state.
In a press release by the National Publicity Secretary of the Association, Nde Wika Gofwen the Association particular said their joy was further strengthen with the emergence of Dr Nentawe Yilwada Goshwe as Governorship Candidates of APC and Engr Manji Gontori for YPP.
The Ngas nation also thanked delegates of the APC & YPP as well as all the good people of Plateau State for the goodwill reposed on their Sons for the challenge ahead.
“We also wish to salute their fellow aspirants for their peaceful conduct before and during the elections. There is no doubt about the difficulties they individually encountered during the race and the pain of accepting the outcome but we appeal to them to accept their brothers’ victories with equanimity and open arms, praying that it will not be the end but the beginning of a relationship between them.
“The NDA hereby urges our Sons to embrace their erstwhile fellow contestants with similar open arms and to seek to incorporate in your future governance blueprint some useful suggestions from them.
“To the Political Parties, we thank you, for not only providing our Sons with the political platform but also ensuring that the primaries were conducted according to the schedule and due processes.
“We shall not fail to use this opportunity to once again thank the people of Plateau State for your overwhelming goodwill towards the Ngas nation.
“The Ngas Nation is urging all our Sons and Daughters who have recorded successes in their various Political Platforms to continue in unity towards the 2023 General Elections.
