The Association of Nasarawa State Tiv Civil Servants (ANSTICS) has urged Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State to build on success recorded in his first tenure in office to sustain good governance in the state.
This is contained in a congratulatory statement issued by its chairman, Mr Chris Ihuman and made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Lafia.
The Association in a statement congratulated Gov Sule on his resounding victory at the just concluded governorship election in the state.
Ihuman said the overwhelming victory of the gov Sule did not come as a surprise considering landmark achievements recorded in his first tenure in office.
He said the Association on behalf of Tiv community in Nasarawa state, has assured the governor of their continuous and sustained supports as he set to take the state to the next level of development.
“Your victory at the just concluded governorship poll did not come as a surprise, it was because of your track record of achievements in the last four years.
“Particularly in the areas of security and peace building, youths and women empowerment, infrastructural development, industrialisation, education, agriculture, health among others.
“We look forward to working with you to provide the best possible services in line with global best practices, we wish you God’s wisdom, strength, direction to deliver on your mandate to the people,” the statement read.
