Plateau: Councilor give Succor to Constituents

The Chief Whip of Jos East Legislative Council, Hon. Timothy Kaze has been commended for impacting positively on the lives of his constituents.

Executive Chairman of Jos East Local Government Council, Pastor Yakubu Izang Ezekiel, gave the commendation while commissioning two box culverts executed by the Chief Whip located at kerker and Kuyi kumoh Rizek.

Pastor Izang Ezekiel stressed that while other Councillors run away from their people, Kaze decided not only to stay with his constituents but to give back to them the mandate accorded him to serve them.

The Chairman however called on them to continue to support the Councillor and the Local Government Council as according to him, sooner than later, the train of development will be felt in Fobur as part of appreciation for giving the present administration their trust during the Local Government election.

He further said, Jos East has benefited immensely from the All Progressive Congress administration at all levels, and cannot afford to fail in supporting their Candidates to emerge winners by coming out en-mass to vote them into power during the Governorship and Houses of Assembly election.

Earlier, the Chief Whip who doubles as the Councillor representing Fobur “B” Ward, Hon. Timothy Kaze, enumerated the projects executed to include construction of two box Culverts at Kerker and kuyi Kumoh Villages, repair of Four boreholes, contribute to the dualazation of overhead tank in Rizek, repair of doors at Primary School Nabotong, while plans are underway to construct a borehole at Rubatong among other interventions while the APC administration last.

Hon Kaze used the forum to appreciate his constituents for given him the opportunity to represent them and further opined that the Executive Chairman and his cabinet have a cordial relationship with the Legislative Council hence, the successes recorded within one year.

He called on them to continue to back him up and the council to enable them consolidate on the gains of democracy assuring that should the APC win, more dividends of democracy would be enjoyed.

Pauline Iliya Abok, Representative of Youths Chairman of Fobur “B” Ward, Emmanuel Izang, all extol the virtues of the Councillor as having the interest of his people at heart for achieving such a feat within a short time of his legislative representation and pledged their unalloyed support to enable him succeed.

In their separate remarks, Acting District Head of Fobur B, Azi Isha, Ward of Kunyi Kumoh Rizek, Nyam Ajik and Ward Head of Furbung Rizek, Agwom Saleh, both appreciated the resilience of the law maker for doing them proud in the face of daunting challenges and prayed God to grant him more wisdom, strength and vision to carry out the enormous task ahead.
