The Nasarawa State All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship Candidate and Senator representing Nasarawa West Senatorial District, Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, has described his birthday celebration in Nakuse, Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, as historic, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to celebrate the occasion in a grassroots community.
The senator marked the occasion on Thursday during his visit to Nakuse, where the Nasarawa State Commissioner for Health, Dr Gaza Gwamna, and his family organised a special birthday celebration in his honour.
The celebration featured a cake-cutting ceremony by the celebrant, who was surrounded by cheers, excitement and goodwill from those present, making the occasion a memorable moment of fellowship and warm wishes.
Wadada expressed appreciation to Dr Gaza and his family and the entire people of Nakuse for the thoughtful gesture, describing the celebration as a special demonstration of respect and goodwill.
The birthday celebration coincided with a medical outreach and the distribution of educational materials to schools organised by Dr Gaza through the Dr Gaza Gwamna Helping Hands Foundation.
Speaking during the occasion, Wadada commended the commissioner for bringing humanitarian activities to his birthplace, describing the gesture as a demonstration of his connection to his roots and commitment to the welfare of his community.
