The Renewed Hope Project 2027 has inaugurated its Nasarawa State chapter, with a pledge to embark on an intensive door-to-door campaign to secure the re-election of President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony on Saturday in Lafia, Salihu Dauda, Director-General (DG) of the group said they aimed to showcase the achievements of the president Tinubu-led administration and mobilise support for his re-election at the grassroots.
Dauda noted that the bold reforms of the administration in the economy, security, education, agriculture and infrastructure sectors had kept the nation’s economy strong and viable, but needed to be properly communicated to Nigerians.
“Nasarawa State is strategic and very important to us. From today, we will move from house to house, market to market, and ward to ward and unit to unit, to tell the people what President Tinubu is doing and why he deserves a second term,” he said.
The DG disclosed that the group had inaugurated the State Executive Council and coordinators for the 13 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state to drive enlightenment and mass mobilisation ahead of the general elections.
In his acceptance speech, the State Coordinator, Dr Jibrin Eya pledged to entrench the structure in all electoral wards and polling units across the state for effective mobilisation.
Eya assured that the group would work in synergy with the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state to ensure total victory for all the candidates of the party in 2027.
“We will not stay in the cities. We are moving to the grassroots to preach the gospel of the Renewed Hope Agenda,” he said.

In his goodwill message, Dr Emmanuel Akabe, Deputy Gov. of Nasarawa State appreciated the group for their belief in the bold reforms initiated by President Tinubu adding that the economy is already solid due to the bold decisions taken by the administration.
The Deputy Gov. further explained that with the performance of the economy already being witnessed, the country would experience more prosperity and stability when the president is reelected in 2027.
Akabe added that Gov. Abdullahi Sule-led administration in the state has transformed the state in every sector since inception in 2019 and the records are visible for everybody to see.
He added that those who visited the state more than a decade ago would miss their way when they enter the state now, because of the massive development by this administration.
The Deputy Gov. urged the people to support the reelection of President Tinubu, the election of Ahmed Wadada as governor and all other candidates of the party in the next election.
The event was attended by APC chieftains, women and youth leaders, and supporters from the 13 LGAs of the state. (NAN).
