The Hajiya Maryam Wadada Women Empowerment Scheme 2026 is set to bring direct financial support of ₦50,000 each to 6,500 women across Nasarawa State with 500 selected from each of the 13 local government areas totaling investment of 325 million naira.
The investment scheme will start from Awe to Karu, covering all local government areas .
Maryam is the wife of distinguished senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, the All Progressives Congress APC, Gubernatorial Candidate in Nasarawa State, who had been a consistent grassroot supporter way back during his days in the house of representatives.
The empowerment and distribution will reach benefitting women across the State.
