The National Executive Council of Ngas Development Association, on behalf of the Expanded Executive Council and Ngas Elders Forum, had expressed joy over the emergence of her paramount monarch, the Ngolong Ngas, His Royal Majesty, Nde Jika Golit.
This was contain in a statement by the National President of the Ngas Development Association, NDA, Nde Gonen Gofwen and made available to this medium in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The statement said, “The emergence of our Paramount Traditional Ruler as confirmed by His Excellency, Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang on 14/10/2023, is a confirmation that the Ngas is now placed on the map of progress.
He said for the Ngas nation, the long awaited desire and urge for a father is now fulfilled.
“We urge you to all join hands as a nation to support our new Ngolong Ngas (First Class Chief)as he mounts this revered stool as our father and natural ruler.
“To our paramount traditional ruler the Ngolong Ngas, His Royal Majesty, Nde Jika Golit, we say congratulations. We trust that God in His infinite mercy and love will grant you wisdom and strength to lead our people to prosperity and Development” the statement added.
The paramount ruler before his emergence last week Friday was the District Head of Garram in Kanke local government area of the state.
