Speaker, Plateau State House of Assembly Rt. Hon.Yakubu Sanda, has extended his condolences to the Secretary to the Government of the State. Prof.Danladi Atu, over the demise of his Mother Kaka Rose Akare Atu, who died at the age of 103.
The Speaker in a statement through his Press Secretary Sabastine Hommuk, described Kaka Rose Atu, as a selfless mother, whose legacies of discipline, spiritual and moral values, hard work can be seen in the conduct of her children.
Sanda noted that, Kaka’s mentorship and love for her family also extended to her care for humanity within her immediate community and the state as a whole.
The Speaker while commiserating with Hon Danladi Atu, his immediate family, and the Afizere nation on behalf of Members and management of the state Assembly, noted that Kaka’s legacies of discipline, humility and compassion for the needy will greatly speak volume for what she truly stands for as a mother.
He admonished the Atu’s family to accept the lost as the will of God and equally urged them to sustain the good legacies of their mother for the sake of posterity.
