Chief Yohana Margif, the Waziri Mushere has expressed shocked and heartbroken over the massacre of his family members, the people of Maikatako village, Bokkos LGA, plateau state by Agents of the Devil.
In a Press Statement he issued and made available to newsmen on Thursday in Jos, Margif described as barbaric the continued killing of his people and said it is a deliberate ethnic cleansing.
Worried by the renewed attacks and killings of the innocent citizens, especially Women and children, Margif appealed on the Federal government to immediately declare a state of emergency in Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State.
Ambassador Yohana Margif who is away on a business trip prayed God to condole the families.
He also urges the security agencies whose duty is to protect lives and properties to carry out their duties with all sense of seriousness and fear of God.
Ambassador Margif is wondering why the attackers are always identified as unknown gunmen while we have security agencies who are being paid for this duty. He said its high time we come together and unite as blood brothers to form a formidable and unbreakable home security outfit fit.
He added that it’s because of the challenges of insecurity and economic backwardness that made him to run for the position of governor of the state to ensure he put in place dependable and trusted security and economic architecture to better the lives of people of the state.
