All is now set for the Political Discourse organized by the Plateau State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ ahead of 2023 general elections.
The Discourse with the theme “Beyond Politicking, Harnessing the Plateau Potentials” has Professor Pam Dung Sha, Director of Research, NIPSS as Guest Speaker with Professor Nanven Gambo, the Vice Chancellor, Karl Kumm University as Chairman of the Occasion.
According to Chairman of the Organizing Committee who is also the State NUJ vice Chairman, Mrs. Ayuku Pwaspo, the invitation was open for all groups of people like Students, Traders, Ethnic groups, women and youth, politicians, government and non governmental organization as well as physically challenge people.
The NUJ Chairman, Comrade Paul Jatau noted that the event is well organized to create an avenue for the politicians to blend together and chart a way for a rancour free politicking ahead of the 2023 general election.
He said it will also avail the citizens an opportunity to hear from their prospective political representatives which will enable them make choices and vote for good governance and play the politics without rancour.
The epoch making event is holding tomorrow Thursday 1st September at Tamarald Event Center Jos.
