
The selection of His Royal Highness, Da John Putmang Hirse as the new Mishkakham Mwaghavul, has been described as putting a round peck in a round hole.
The Agwom Izere of Izere Nation, His Royal Highness, Rev. Dr. Isaac Azi Wakili (rtd.) stated this in his Palace at Shere, when he received in audience, the new Mishkaham Mwaghavul in continuation of his familiarization tour to Paramount Chiefs in Plateau State.
In a statement by the Information Officer on Jos East local government council, Mr. Yusufu Magit, said the monarch while Congratulating the new paramount ruler of the Mwaghavul Nation for his selection, thanked the king makers for finding him worthy to fill the vacuum created by the deceased Monarch and called on him to bring his wealth of experience to bear in the cause of discharging his Royal obligatory task.
Dr. Wakili assured himae of his unflinching support to succeed, pointing out that Mwaghavul and Afizere Nations have a brotherly bilateral relationship and further pledged continues unity and progress of their respective thrones and the State Traditional Council at large.
He commend the prompt approval of the Lalong led administration for the replacement of the deceased Paramount ruler of the Mwaghavul Nation, even as he expressed optimism that the State Government through the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs would not delay the process of presentation of Staff of Office to enable him commence official function in ernest.

Earlier, the Mishkakham Mwaghavul, Da John Putmang Hirse had unveiled that it became expedient on him to tour the whole First Class Monarchs in the State in other to familiarize himself with them before the presentation of his official Coronation by the State Government.
He appreciated the Agwom Izere and the Izere Traditional Council for the warm reception accorded him and his team, pointing out that the bond of relationship that existed between the Mwaghavul and Izere Nations since time immemorial would be given a boost during his reign.
The Monarch used the occasion to thanked God, the Mwaghavul Nation and the Plateau State Government for ensuring a smooth and transparent process is adhered to during his selection as the successor of the deceased Mishkakham Mwaghavul and prayed for the reposed of his soul.
The new Paramount Chief who was accompanied by the Sum Pyam Chiefdom, His Royal Highness, Charles Mato Dakat, further pledged not to betray the confidence reposed on him by the king makers of the Mwaghavul Nation.
