A Federal High Court sitting in Jos has on Tuesday nullified the People’s Democratic Party PDP primary election for Kanke Constituency House of Assembly seat in Plateau State.
The Court in her ruling, ordered the party to conduct fresh primary election in 7 days.
Jiritmwa Goyit who contested the House of Assembly seat on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party had challenged the outcome of the primary election that produced Caleb Nuhu Shikir as candidate of the party at the Federal High Court in Jos.
