The Speaker of Plateau State House of Assembly, Yakubu Sanda has rejoice with the Muslim Ummah in Plateau state and beyond as he urged them to practice the virtues of love, unity and peaceful coexistence, as professed by Prophet Mohammed (SAW).
The Speaker made this known in a goodwill message to the Muslim Ummah as they celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.
The speaker said; “As the commemoration of this wonderful festival goes on, let us remember the virtues of love and unity that forms the basis for this celebration and how important it is for our state and nation, even as we share in the joy and the fellowship of the celebrations”.
On behalf of his family, members and staff of the Plateau State House of Assembly, the speaker prays for peace in the state and nation to enable the people prosper and progress in all time.
