The Chief Executive Officer of Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria and All Progressive Congress APC Gubernatorial Aspirant in the recently concluded delegates election in Plateau State, Dr. Patrick Dakum has congratulated the winner of the APC Presidential primary, Bola Tinubu.
In a congratulatory message by the leader of the consolidation mantra to the APC Presidential Candidate, Dr. Dakum also advised him on the choice of his running mate.
