Political Youth group under the umbrella of Youth Frontiers for Renewed Hope has declared support for the reelection of President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Mr Abdulhamid Aliyu, Chairman of the group, announced this during a courtesy call on the Nasarawa State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu, Dr Labaran Magaji, SAN, in Lafia.
Aliyu said the monumental achievements of President Tinubu, ranging from economic and educational reforms, infrastructural development to social interventions, have earned the group’s confidence and conviction to support his second-term re-election.
Aliyu applauded President Tinubu for establishing the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), noting that the initiative has a profound impact on Nigerian youths, particularly their educational pursuit.
He further said that the national social investment programme under the administration of President Tinubu had afforded vulnerable and undeserving households to fund their small-scale businesses, thereby enhancing their socioeconomic status.
“Youth Frontiers for Renewed Hope, is a youth-driven movement that was formed by young like-minded people who have a belief in the ideology and also the vision of our dear President Bola Tinubu, our amiable Gov. Abdullahi Sule, and the All Progressives Party (APC),” he said.
He said that the group has mapped out a plan toward the reelection of President Tinubu, including the mobilisation of the grassroots for voter cards and NIN registration, as well as educating them on the achievements of the APC Government.
“We have come to seek a partnership with your office so that we can work as a team to contribute our quota toward the reelection of President Tinubu come 2027,” he said.
Responding, Dr Labaran Magaji, Nasarawa State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and the Secretary to the Nasarawa State Government, appreciated them for acknowledging the achievements and the reforms of President Tinubu.
He assured that the Renewed Hope Office would work closely with youth groups and other support groups to deliver the mandate of the project and ensure President Tinubu’s victory in Nasarawa state.
Magaji said that the administration of Gov Sule has created an enabling business environment for the influx of investors in the state and thereby complementing the government’s efforts in the areas of job creation for our teeming youths.
He disclosed that the state Government had employed more than 11, 000 youth into the state civil service in the last two years.
“Gov. Sule has created an enabling business environment for the influx of investors in the state, and most of these investors are coming to establish businesses.
“We had an executive order that spelt out clearly that any investor coming to do business in Nasarawa State, especially in the area of solid minerals must establish a processing factory so that our teeming youths can benefit” he said
Magaji advised youth to shun social vices and negative criticism targeted at tarnishing the image of individuals, adding that such acts could undermine their future development. (NAN)
