In a powerful address at the ancestral home of the Eggon nation, prominent and leading governorship aspirant in Nasarawa state under All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Dr. Joseph Haruna Kigbu has called for cohesion among the Eggon people.
Dr. Kigbu a Federal Commissioner National Population Commission, emphasized the imperative of unity among the Eggon people and extended tribes in Nasarawa State for sustained growth and development.
He made the call at the inauguration of the Executive Committee of the Eggon Youths Association (EYA) at the revered Aren Eggon palace in Nasarawa Eggon, Dr. Kigbu who was represented his senior aid; Hon. Musa Magaji underscored that cohesion and love are vital catalysts for progress, stressing that these values should transcend ethnic boundaries to foster harmony among all tribes in Nasarawa State.
“The Eggon nation, like other communities in Nasarawa State, has immense potential waiting to be harnessed,” Dr. Kigbu declared.
