The All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership in Nasarawa State said they have no other alternative to the ruling APC Party in the state.

Nasarawa State APC Secretary, Dr Yarus Dagusa said this at a ceremony organised to mark one year in the office of transformational leadership of Dr Aliyu Bello.

Dagusa extolled the sterling leadership qualities of Dr Bello, Nasarawa State APC Chairman, noting that he has leadership that united the party together in the last year in office.

“Aliyu Bello is providing a leadership that has so united and glued the members of the state working committee together as one like the emblem of the party signifies.

“The Broom tied together collectively sweeping all the dirt and bringing together sanity, sincerity, and honesty within the party because of the leadership of Hon Bello. Nasarawa State is for APC, we have no alternative,” he said.

In his goodwill message, Dr Musa Mohammed, Nasarawa State Accountant General, while congratulating Aliyu Bello and other executive members, thanked the party for continue supporting the government of Gov. Abdullahi Sule.

In his speech, Dr Aliyu Bello, Nasarawa state APC state Chairman said under his leadership the party was able to reconcile aggrieved party members and brought them back to APC’s fold.

Dr Bello expressed appreciation to Governor Abdullahi Sule for his sustained support for the Party in the last one year.

“You may recall that on assumption of office one year ago, we set ourselves the task of reconciling aggrieved members considering the grudges that greeted the party’s primaries preceding the last general elections.

“I am happy to inform you that our efforts have been very successful, today the party is more united and stronger.

Dr Bello urge all and sundry in Nasarawa State to show more patriotism to both the state and the country in general, noting that the current economic hardship as well as other challenges facing the country could be surmounted. (NAN)
