Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang has on Thursday forwarded sixteen names of Commissioners’ Nominees to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
Speaker of the House, Moses Sule read the governor’s communication at the floor of the House during plenary at the Plateau State House of Assembly complex, CBN road, Jos.
The communication which was addressed to the speaker read as follows “pursuant to the power conferred on me by the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended, I wish to forward for confirmation the names of Commissioners’ nominees as follows”.
The names of the nominees are, Mr. Peter L. Gwom -Barkin Ladi, Hon. Sule Musa Haruna -Bassa, Adams Bulus Leshak – Bokkos, Hon. Musa Ibrahim Ashoms -Jos East, Peter Nyam Gai -Jos North, Mr. Jatau Favour Gyang -Jos South, Mr. Bugama Samson Ishaku -Kanke, Hon. Ephraim Usman -Kanam, Hon. Joshua Laven Ubandoma -Langtang North.
Others are, Assoc. Professor Obed Gossele Nanjul -Langtang South, Mrs. Caroline Panglang -Mikang, Mrs. Dongkum Grace Shwarta -Pankshin, Mr. Chrysanthus Dawam -Qua’an Pan, Dr. Mrs. Kachollom Pyam Gang, Riyom, Hon. Noel Naanniap Nkup -Shendam and Mr. Nyalum M. Salihu -Wase.
The Governor also forwarded the name of Mr. Wayas Jim Pam to the Assembly for confirmation as Chairman of the Plateau State Internal Revenue Service.
The speaker Moses Sule announced that the Chairman of the Plateau State Internal Revenue Service will be screen on Friday.
