Contributing, Hon. Mohammed Ballo the member representing Qua’an Pan South constituency appealed to the state government to provide a more conducive and habitable venue for members to carry out their legislative duties since the gallery is in a bad state.
Members in their separate contributions condemned the destruction of the chambers, following the recent fracas that occurred describing the incident as rather unfortunate and uncalled for, which should not have happened in the first place being that it was paid for by tax payers money.

Meanwhile, the 2022 budget which was brought up for consideration on the floor of the House was also stood down for the same reason, while a later date was fixed for deliberations on the matter.
